Stay indoor between 11:30 am to 3:30 pm : Friends, I suggested or it is scientifically proved that in summer seasons the time period between 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, the sun's rays is very strongest and very power rays come from the sun which is harmful for your skin and make it skin cancer. So, try to stay indoor between 11:30 am to 3:30 pm time period.

      3. While enjoying the sun and outdoors, protect yourself from bad effect of sunlight, by wearing loose fitting cotton clothes to release the trapped moisture so that your skin can breathe.
