Types of nuts you should eat and you shouldn't eat


Nuts and seeds are excellent natural source of vitamins, proteins, fat and fiber, but some nuts contain bonus nutrients that will whittle your waist, lower cholesterol and even help to prevent diabetes and  heart diseases. There are many nuts comes in the markets the choice of your, some nuts are very good for health and they help to protect from many diseases but some are not so good, they have many disadvantage. So, we discuss some nuts and seeds which you should eat and which you shouldn't eat.

Should eat:-- Walnuts 

Walnuts are extremely good for heart and brain. Although in regular in diet it can lower the risk of a heart attack by as much as 58 percent. walnuts contain 3 oils which is help to raise serotonin levels in the brain.
Walnuts also contain a huge amount of ellagic acid which is antioxidant, which is an acid helpful for fighting against cancer, heart disease and many problems which is facing the growing of aging. Walnuts has fairly high in calories(one ounce is about 190 calories). It has many benefits that make you fit and fine, and also you make it as a breakfast which is good habit and good for your health.

Should eat:-- Brazil nuts

Brazil nuts are a good or high source of protein, carbohydrates, copper, niacin,magnesium, fiver,vitamin and a good source of fat and selenium. Brazil nut's trees grow and produce for hundreds of years and these trees are pretty cool. They are tall in size which is found in Amazon forest as well as the size of there fruits is also large, which contain many seed and these seeds are the Brazil nuts.

Should eat:-- Acorns

Acorns is also called oak nut, in this it contains usually single seed, the outer part of which is covered by a tough leathery shell and borne in a cup-shaped couple. Acorn contain a huge amount of energy, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals and the some amount of water.
In ancient time, acorns play a major role for human history. It serve liked as a food, especially in the time of famine.

Should eat:-- Pecans

Pecans are the another type of nuts which have tons of vitamins(like vitamin E and A) and minerals(like copper, zinc, potassium) and also it contains folic acid. It is very helpful in lower the cholesterol and also protect against cell damage and other degeneration diseases.
Pecan is like other fruits or nut, it is not truly nut but it is like  a drupe, a fruit which have a single pit, surrounded by a husk. Eating two ounce of pecans a day has been show the positive result and preventing an age related problem called hyperplasia.

Should eat :-- Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts is also called filbert nuts. They also high in nutrients like vitamins, protein, carbohydrate, minerals, fats. Hazelnuts contain compounds that can battle heart disease and diabetes, boost brain function and even help you lose weight. Hazelnuts contain high number of antioxidants which help for fighting against cancer in which vitamin E is very useful which decrease the risk of lung and breast cancer.
The hazel is a small deciduous tree originated  in southern Europe and Turkey as well as it is cultivated in many regions of the world.

Should not eat:-- Almonds 

Almonds are the most and very popular nut but that not a surprising things that it is not good for prevent the diabetes patients and it haven't the ability to manage the weight problem. It is only found to produce in US state in California and they transport  almonds about 85 percent all over the world.

Should not eat:-- Cashews

Cashews are also the most popular nut in the market. It is good in nutrients but it contain toxic material which is not good for health. It grow inside of a shell-like structure that grows on a fruit. Raw cashews contain urushiol, when we take in high quantity or in less amount, it can effected the health and it may be to make the reason of dead. Mostly it is founded in South American countries.

Should not eat:-- Bitter Almonds

Almonds might be delicious, but bitter almonds can be deadly for human health. Bitter Almonds contain hydrocyanide acid and that acid is disappear when it is heated but people eat them in a raw which is deadly for human. This acid can effect serious problem, which can occur such as slowing of the nervous system, breathing problems and death.
