Best Food for Healthy and increase BLOOD CELLS


Today's generation, every person doesn't think about their health, if someone who think about their health, they only think about their outer look they don't think about blood as being healthy or unhealthy. However, blood is also do as a main work. So, it is compulsory to make it healthiest. Otherwise, it causes many problem i.e. blood cancer, anemia, etc. They cause mainly when red blood cell (RBC) count is low. When the RBC count is low the work of body is very harder to deliver the oxygen throughout the body.

RBCs are the cell which are produce million in a day in human blood. They produce in the bone marrow and then circulate all the part of the body. It is very important for us to maintain the level of blood cell in your body otherwise, many complication are faced by human being. So, many ways to maintain the level of blood cell either we learn in home or by the advice of doctor to which type of food(nutrients or supplements) we take.

Vitamin B-12

Vitamin B-12 is the most important water-soluble vitamin, which is important for maintenance of blood cell, nerve cells and for the formation of DNA, it is mostly found in animal product like meat, eggs, dairy product and it is make a great problem for whose people who are strictly vegetarian and who doesn't like the dairy product. 

Iron

Iron is a mineral present in red blood cell as a hemoglobin that helps blood carry oxygen throughout the body. If you do not have enough iron, your body cann't make hemoglobin and which develop the diseases like anamia, etc.
