As we know all, one of the most healthy thing in the world i.e. fruits. Fruits are one of the healthiest foods which we add in our daily diet. We eat many fruits like mango, banana, apple etc. but they are less known and not rare in the world. But some fruits which are tastiest as well as rarest in the world and they are rare, nutrient rich fruits in the world which are grow only under some specific condition(i.e. temperature and pressure and etc.). So, here we discuss top 10 rarest and tastiest fruits in the world which are you probably haven't even heard of or may be you heard.

    1. Jabuticaba

    Jabuticaba is a purple colored fruit found in Southeastern Brazil. Jabuticaba looks like grapes but its outer cover is tough and unlike other fruits, it is grows on the trunk of the tree. The size of fruit is grow up-to one inch in diameter. 
    The taste of pulp is very fragrant and sweet. It is mainly used for making wines, baked products and jams also. It is also good for asthma and diarrhea patients for their good health and protect it from these problems.

     2. Ackee

    First of all Ackee is the national fruit of Jamaica. It is a rare and comical fruit which is grows in the tropical regions of Western Africa. The brain shape like that fruit is quit enticing. The fruit is green and turns into red when it ripen. The edible part of the fruit is white to yellow in color and carries black seeds which is poisonous in nature(because it contain hypoflycin) that's why the US banned the fruit in their country. It is totally free from cholesterol and other fatty acids.

    3. African horned cucumber

    When we talk about the oldest fruit in the world then the name was also come i.e. African horned. It was originated about 3100 year ago in Africa and this fruit is also called 'blow fish fruit'. The outer cover(or shell) of the fruit is yellow in colored and it have spines like horns. The size of fruit is around 5 to 10 cm in length. It has many seed in inner eatable part of the fruit and has green in color.  
    The juice is an excellent redress for acidity, eczema and heart burns. It is also good for renal and urinary problems and control the blood pressure. It taste lies cross between a cucumber and lemon. This fruit's outer shell is rich in vitamin C.

    4. Durian 

    In South Asian countries, Durian is the King of fruit. Only a very few species are exist today. Because of its smell. It has horrible smell like rotten onions or the smell of dirty socks. That's the reason, some countries like Thailand, China, Japan and Singapore have banned this fruit in public markets. But the fruity part of Durian is very tasty and creamy.
    This fruit is used for the preparation of ice cream, sweets and shakes because it contain simple sugar and completely free from cholesterol and fatty acids. The fruit is grow up-to 12 inches in size and and its weight up-to 4 to 4.5 kilogram. The shape of this fruit is very beautiful and it outer cover is green with thorns and the pulp of Durian inside the husk is in light yellowish color.

     5. Miracle fruit 

    The red colored, small miracle fruits are found in the tropical forest of West Africa. It's name is derived from the fact that its make the sour fruits like limes and lemons taste sweet. Doctor will use as a medical for the appetite of cancer patients.
    This fruit has many name like miracle berry, miraculous berry and sweet berry. Miracle fruit's benefits lie in its ability to trick your tongue to change the flavor of your favorite foods. It also useful for weight loss and diabetes patients.

    6. Cupuacu

    Cupuacu is a fruit that grows in the rainforest canopy in South America with the Latin name Theobroma Grandflorum. The cupuacu belongs to the cocoa family and grows to a height of 12-22 m. The pulp of cupuacu fruit is very fragrant. It is a rich source of vitamin B1, B2 and B3. Its taste like chocolate.
    Due to its high nutrient level, the fruits is referred to as a suoerfruit. It is also used as hydrating lotion, courtsey, the buttery and thick flesh.

    7. Pepino

    Pepino melon, a fruit louted a a super fruit and is native to Peru, it has lots of vitamin A, C, B and K, protein, iron and copper which are essential for a healthy immune system and calcium for bones. It is found in South America.
    Pepino fruit is beneficial to increase stamina. Most of the Herbal product are made with the help of raw Pepino. 

    8. Rambutan

    The rambutan is a medium sized tropical tree in the family Sapindaceae. The rambutan is native to the Malay-Indonesian region and other regions of tropical Southeast Asia. It is primarily known for its similarities with the lychee and the longan fruit.The rambutan tree usually grow up to about 80 feet in height and thrives in tropical climates, mostly in Asia.
    Rambutan fruit are usually eaten raw, sometimes freshly picked from the tree. It contain the high fiber content and antiseptic qualities. The fruit is rich in protein and carbohydrates and also copper, which are useful for increasing the white blood cell production.

    9. Mangosteen

    Mangosteen is a dark purple fruit with white on the inside of the fruit Southeast-Asia, Thailand being one of its largest producers in the world. Mangoteen is very sweet and its flavor that taste like a combination of strawberry, vanilla ice cream and peach. The eatable part of Mangosteen has a small triangular shape and it is very fragrant. It doesn't contain fatty acid and cholesterol even they are rich in vitamin C which help to prevent many infections.
    Mangosteen juice is good for urinary, diarrhea and also stimulates immune system. Many doctors advice to use as a medicine because it is rich in nutrients.

    10. Physalis 

    The Physalis fruit is closely related to the tomato varieties in appearance. Physalis grows up-to 3-6 feet in height. It is generally found in western South America in the high altitude tropical Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru. Physalis bear a smooth berry which looks like a small, round yellowish tomato. The tasty Physalis has many medicinal properties. In the presence of vitamin C, B and iron which makes Physalis as a special herb in a number of traditional medicines.
